Grampians Road Trip - 27/03/2015 to 29/03/2015
This road trip was decided just two weeks back over a dinner, it was an both inexperienced and unprepared trip, but neither the less it was a trip that we would never forget. We had first chose our destination to be Mt Bogong, the highest mountain range in Victoria, but we soon found out that this was not the best idea in the last week of deciding, as none of us has actually hiked or camped in the isolated environment, and we would probably die in the alpines or end up on the news being the four uni male students that was stranded on the mountain. The so the closer option of the Grampians mountain was chosen, it was much cheaper and safer, as it was operated by mountain rangers. You had to first book a camp site around the Grampians online with ranged between AUD$25 to AUD$75, which was all reasonable for the four of us for two nights. But in the end we only end up staying in there for one nights. Right after Uni, we left Melbourne to the Grampians, trying to beat the traffic...
